a little history...
I know every photographer says they are passionate about photography, so that goes without saying! Our roots are in fine art black and white photography. There's nothing like the mystery of watching an image emerge from a print tray in the darkroom. Fast forward to the digital era where we are still enthralled by the whole process. We love how the light falls, how emotions are evoked, how time itself is preserved. Each time we pick up a camera, we feel connected.
A mutual love of photography drew us together. Along with a shared quirky sense of humor, a passion for all things vintage, music, and being crazy pet people. Littlewing Studio began organically the same year that we were wed. In fact, Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing" played on the car radio on our first date and became inspiration for our business. The rest is history.
Our approach is simple, natural and real. We tell your story in photographs as your wedding day unfolds. Each wedding is a new adventure, it's important for us to capture each couple's unique personality. What you see is what you get with us, no gimmicks or high pressure sales - nobody needs that!
Our team also includes one very talented Bekah. She is a quiet force of nature whose style is fresh with a touch of whimsy. Her images are brilliant and lovely.
